Always choose this place, no regrets. Friendly staff helped with bags at first stay. Perfect for me. Has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, outdoor pool, game room, ski to door. Coming back for Christmas.

This is a good hotel for families who don't mind that the rooms are small and a bit worn. Location is in the middle of town, close to the busstop to the ski lifts. This also means that it is very noisy till late in the night. Breakfast is OK, dinner is bad.
Noisy till 3 am from part people. You can hear the alarmbell from the people next door. Very small rooms

Location location location :) Room was quite large and hotel was beautiful. Amazing value for money. It's a long way to come from Australia but well worth it.
Sometimes the front desk was very busy, maybe more staff there needed.

Convenient location, easy access to slopes, good breakfast, ample heating and hot water, free transportation to ski resort.
Nothing all good.

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful, one of the closest hotels to the piste - buses left just up the road from the hotel. Hotel did complete ski rental at a cheaper price than the base station (ski company)
Room was slightly smaller than your average hotel but shouldn't complain.

Price Helpful staff
In August hotel has organised groups of children and is noisy. Half board food was below standard for a hotel labelling itself 3 star

The value for money at Nievesol was excellent. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the ski runs and mountains. The hotel's central location was convenient, with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, and the free shuttle bus. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided great advice on exploring the ski area.
Breakfast delights, could use more variety.

Location was ideal. Free transportation to the ski resort just a few steps from hotel. Also a nice bar that we ate/drank at just outside the hotel. Breakfast was good. Room was a nice size. Had a pull out trundle under the sofa for our child, perfect! Would definately stay again.
Beds were a bit hard.

This hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the bus stop and on a steep hill that provides stunning views of the valley. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure that our needs are met. We stayed in a cozy room that had a comfortable bed and a clean, well-stocked bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel also has a games room and a disco that adds to the fun atmosphere.
The walls were a bit thin, which meant that we could hear some noise from outside.

Great location for a skiing weekend with easy access to the slopes. The hotel provides free lockers for ski equipment. The rooms are clean and adequately comfortable with a powerful shower.
The hotel is quite dated and could use some renovation. The food is mediocre at best and not very varied.

Great Value and Convenient Location. The hotel location is great because I could take transportation easily. The hotel is also very affordable as they offered a free locker service for my equipment, and their staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well serviced each day. The breakfast was also very good and the buffet-style option had a lot of variety.
Limited activities, but not a dealbreaker. The hotel lacks some activities for guests apart from skiing, such as a spa, gym or a pool.

Great Mid-Range Equipment: Renting equipment at the hotel was a breeze. The specialized staff gave me fantastic advice on renting snow gear, and I felt like a pro on the slopes in no time.
Room Quality: The room felt outdated and lacked aesthetic appeal. The beds were average, making it difficult to feel fully comfortable.

Friendly staff, accommodating to early breakfast request. Comfy bed, clean room. Central location, easy street parking. Good wifi and hot breakfast included. A favorite hotel, great value.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The hotel facilities were great, including the spacious room and the busy bar and lounge area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always looking forward to complying with my requests. The location was convenient, with many bars, restaurants, and stores nearby. Additionally, the hotel had easy street parking and was close to transportation to the ski slopes.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my recent business trip to Formigal, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nievesol, which was chosen by my director. One of the highlights of this hotel is the swimming pool in the urbanization available during the months of July and August. It was a delightful experience to relax and cool off in the pool after a long day of work and exploring the area. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a refreshing retreat.
Although Hotel Nievesol offers many positive aspects, one minor drawback was the overall look and feel of the hotel.
